"I simply have to let you know just how much we are enjoying your recipes, the instructions
are a joy to follow, I have had no experience of preparing Indian food so I needed the guidance, each one has worked
like a dream. Masala at Home has added a new dimension to our diet,I'm having such fun sharing the experience with friends."

"My husband loved his Masala At Home gift set and he's cooked
some really delicious, authentic-tasting curries. The basic curry recipe is easy enough for anyone, and there are so many
variations. No more takeaways for us!" Liz, Godalming

"We worked with Masala at Home to create gifts for a Bollywood themed corporate
event. They offer fresh and innovative product solutions at a reasonable cost, are extremely flexible and great
to work with. We would use them again and recommend them highly"

"I purchased chai masala from MAH and have to say that their correspondence and help has been really
excellent and prompt. I am looking forward to trying your spice blend" Emma, Somerset

"It was such a fun night and I would definitely do it again. Everyone loved it. I got a bunch of
texts the next day saying how much fun it was and how much they liked the food. I loved your knowledge of it all – it’s
super impressive.
Personally,
I felt that as a host, it was so easy – you made it all look effortless from bringing it all in and clearing it away;
such a nice way to have a dinner party. And I do actually feel like I could cook a proper Indian dish with the raw ingredients which I never would have done
before. Thank you!" Emily, Barnes

"How can I ever eat in another Indian restaraunt after trying really authentic recipes and quality ingredients
from MAH? The recipe cards are reassuringly clear for the novice, and the results are something that well impressed
me and my friends... I was so proud to have been able to pull off dishes in a new cuisine! I like the ability to learn
about the influence of each ingredient on the dish, and how I can learn through practice to make dishes the way that I prefer
them, this one a bit spicy, and this one not so much. I think that a lot of what I like as well is the quality of the
spices, which shine through in a way that stale ones just don't. Now I just need to work on portion control, it's
just too good to behave!" Pete, New York

"Curry lessons for an all male group...... As a close bunch of guys we are all aware of our individual shortcomings
in the area of the kitchen! However, everyone of us would like to cook better if we had the opportunity as we are all passionate
about food! I
heard as a recommendation from a friend about Masala At Home and decided to book Alpa
up for a home cook session!
Alpa was extremely friendly
and very professional and put us all at ease (or was that the beers/wine).
Not only did we have a
wonderful starter – Chilli Paneer, we learnt two further dishes and got
to eat them on the night as well!! A great lads night IN learning to cook an Indian meal that will truly impress your friends!
Loads
more to learn so we will be booking another one! May even invite the ladies!!!"

Cookery Parties:
"Masala at Home was without doubt a huge hit. Alpa demonstrated how to
cook two authentic curries with absolute ease and professionalism, explaining every stage clearly and giving us all an insight
to the world of spices and herbs. At the end of the evening, we were able to eat the curries and I can safely say, without
doubt, they were the best curries I've ever tasted. We were all blown away. I am terribly excited about giving
the recipes a go with the newly purchased spices and the recipe cards given to us at the end of the night. Thank you
for a really enjoyable night." Sarah, Witley

"The curry party was amazing, all sorts of tips and tricks then these fabulous curries to eat. Since then
I cook at least 1 curry a week and absolutely love the whole process - the smells are exquisite and whats more, the food
is healthy and my kids love it too" Liz, Godalming

"I would just like to say a big thank you for a wonderful lesson and the fantastic meal you did for us last
night. We learnt so much, and have also already forgotten some of it, so it's a good job we have the cards. I love
the little gift bags also." Dawn & Jim, Tadley

"The MAH Cookery Party was a hit
with all of us attending, the step by step demonstration removed the mystification of cooking curry indeed you could even
say Curry made easy. However that said they were amazing to eat and we all left excited to try out our newly acquired
skills armed with our step by step recipe cards. Thank you for a most enjoyable evening, it was great value for money
and amazing fun too." Clare,

"I love being able to cook 'proper'
curries. The house smells fantastic and my friends think I'm a great cook!! Always worth chopping extra ginger and chillis,
though, and freezing them, because that is the only time consuming thing about all the recipes. On days when I just grab pre-chopped
spices from the freezer it is a very quick and effective way of cooking." Naomi Kefford, Guildford

"MAH gifts are fantastic and unusual for anyone who loves cooking. Buying from MAH is a quick and easy
experience, I highly recommend it."

"I was pleasantly surprised to find that the basic curry recipe has
approximately 200 cals per portion, before adding meat/chicken. I've lost weight eating curry!"

"I purchased a few of
the Essential Recipe bags over xmas and gave them to friends as pressies and they just loved them to bits!
When I have friends over I make the odd curry and people are always asking about the spices - well easy as they have
a bag with all the spices and instructions on how to make a curry all own their own! I personally used the Garam Masala in my last curry which is made specially by MAH and I must say it was OH
SO YUMMY! The freshly grounded spices were perfectly put together and Ive not used my old garam masala since! Thank you MAH!
